At our Vienna site, we take care of the temporary storage and disposal of waste. The facility in Seybelgasse serves as a collection point for mineral construction waste, excavated material, construction and demolition wood, as well as construction site waste. Our mobile crushing plants and equipment are the right choice when construction waste needs to be processed directly on site. And our roof substrates not only make roofs greener, but also our world.
Professional recycling of building materials
Our versatile plant in Himberg offers the possibility of processing various types of construction waste and using it to manufacture high-quality products.
Legal regulations as well as strict internal and external controls enable the production of CE-certified building materials. By processing mineral materials in this way, we contribute to the conservation of natural resources as well as the sustainable use of raw materials.
In our processing plants, mineral construction waste is recycled just as professionally as brick and concrete demolition waste.
Incoming inspection guarantees product purity
For the processing and reuse of construction waste, the delivered material is subject to a visual and documented incoming inspection. This enables us to ensure that only pollutant-free and uncontaminated raw material is sent for processing. Demolition material containing harmful and disruptive substances as well as excavated soil cannot be accepted at the Himberg site.
The degree of contamination of the delivered material is determined based on the proportion of foreign substances such as mortar, wood or plaster. Materials such as insulation material, plaster, Heraklit, soil, Ytong, etc. cannot be further processed at the Himberg site. We pass on sorted and non-recyclable materials for proper disposal. After the incoming inspection, special screening and crushing plants prepare the materials.
Production of high-quality brick sand and brick chippings
In a stationary plant, brick demolition waste is processed using state-of-the-art technology. The materials are screened by machine, sorted by hand, washed and crushed.
Unwanted foreign materials such as wood, plaster or metals are separated from the material flow and sent for separate recycling. After the raw material has been crushed, it is finally screened into the respective grain sizes.
The other plants process concrete demolition waste and mineral building construction residues. This is followed by temporary storage until the materials are reintroduced into the cycle. The necessary separation of unsuitable building materials is carried out mechanically using state-of-the-art screening, air separation and magnetic separation equipment. As a final step, our employees remove any remaining unsuitable building materials by hand sorting.

After collection and processing or separation, we send the waste for further recycling.
